Common questions

Who designs these plans?

Plans are generated by our nutrition engine — protocols designed with dietician input, applied to IFCT 2017 verified food data. Every output passes automated numeric validation and safety checks before delivery.

Is this a replacement for my doctor or dietician?

No. AruYog plans provide structured nutritional guidance and explicitly flag where medical consultation is needed. For diagnosed conditions, your plan works alongside — never instead of — your treatment.

How accurate are the calorie numbers?

Energy targets use the Mifflin-St Jeor equation with activity adjustment. Food values come from IFCT 2017 (NIN Hyderabad). Plans are validated to hit your daily targets within a ±10% tolerance.

Which languages are supported?

English plus Hindi, Marathi, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Punjabi and Odia. Regional orders include both English and regional PDFs.

What is the refund policy?
